Terms of Service
1. Eligibility and Account
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.
2. The Service
Quickfillo provides appointment scheduling and automated website creation and publishing features. The Service may include AI-assisted features such as translations, content suggestions, and content placement. You understand that the Service may change over time as we improve features and performance.
3. Your Content
“Content” means any text, images, business information, links, media, and other materials you submit, upload, or publish through the Service. You retain ownership of your Content. You grant Quickfillo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute your Content as necessary to operate and provide the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights needed to provide your Content and that your Content does not violate any law, infringe any third-party rights, or include unlawful, harmful, or misleading material.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:
- Use the Service to violate any law or regulation.
- Upload or distribute malware, spam, or abusive content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Interfere with the Service, including by overloading, scraping, or reverse engineering (except where permitted by law).
- Use the Service to misrepresent your identity or your business.
5. AI Features and Translations
Some features may use AI to generate or translate content. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before publishing. You are responsible for ensuring your published content is correct, compliant, and appropriate.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example, maps, video platforms, messaging, or payment providers). Quickfillo is not responsible for third-party services and does not control their terms or policies.
7. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Payments
Some parts of the Service require a paid subscription. Prices, billing frequency, and included features are shown on our pricing page or within the Service. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for recurring fees, taxes, and applicable charges.
Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable and do not include credits for partially used periods. We may change pricing or plan features from time to time; if changes affect you, we will provide notice as required.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated. You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation.
9. Domains
If your plan includes a free domain for the first year, it is subject to eligibility, availability, and any domain registration requirements. Domain registration and renewal may be managed through a third-party registrar. You are responsible for renewing your domain after any promotional period ends.
10. Custom Template Design
If you purchase custom template design services, fees may be one-time and non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deliverables, timelines, and revision limits (if any) will be described at the time of purchase.
11. Availability, Support, and Updates
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, and outages may occur. Support availability and response times may vary by plan and workload.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for Quickfillo or others, or failed to pay fees when due. You may stop using the Service at any time.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quickfillo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quickfillo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Quickfillo’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Quickfillo for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quickfillo from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required. By continuing to use the Service after the effective date of an update, you agree to the updated Terms.
